Voxxhire is an AI-assisted interview platform for hiring teams in the GCC and India. We replace the unstructured first-round phone screen with a calm, voice-first, rubric-driven conversation — and we hand a clear, evidence-backed scorecard to the human reviewer who actually makes the decision.
What we believe
Hiring decisions should be made by humans, with structured evidence. AI is good at applying the same rubric consistently, transcribing accurately, and surfacing patterns; AI is not good at owning the consequences of a hire. So we built the product around human-in-the-loop by design: every scorecard is advisory, every recommendation goes to a reviewer, and the audit trail captures who decided what and why.
We do not perform facial analysis, emotion detection, or personality prediction. Those approaches are not robust enough to put a candidate's livelihood next to, and most regulators are moving against them. Voxxhire focuses on what a structured rubric, applied to a transcript, can defensibly tell you.
Who we work with
Three real anchor partners, named:
- • IIT Abu Dhabi — Candidate-side platform partner. Students prepare for structured interviews on the same platform employers run them on.
- • University of Birmingham Dubai — Pilot partner for higher-education graduate hiring.
- • Exara AI — Design partner. Their hiring workflow shapes Voxxhire feature priorities week by week.
We do not publish customer counts, aggregate ratings, or other named logos until they are real, verified, and approved. That is the same standard we apply to scorecards.
Where we focus
GCC and India hiring teams. UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), KSA (Riyadh), and India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune). 50–2000 employee organizations doing real hiring volume. Healthcare, fintech, BPO, retail, higher-ed, IT services. We are not chasing the US/UK mid-market this year.
