By accessing or using Voxxhire, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Voxxhire is an AI-powered interview platform that helps employers conduct structured voice interviews with job candidates. The platform provides threshold screening, AI interview delivery, transcript generation, scorecard creation, and ATS integration.
3. AI Disclaimer
The Service provides AI-generated recommendations for informational purposes only. All hiring decisions must be made by qualified human personnel. Voxxhire is not responsible for hiring decisions made based on AI recommendations. Employers retain full responsibility for compliance with employment laws.
4. Employer Responsibilities
- Obtain candidate consent before initiating AI interviews
- Comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
- Configure AI templates and thresholds appropriately
- Review AI-generated scorecards before making hiring decisions
- Maintain appropriate data processing agreements
5. Data Processing
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, employers agree to process candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxxhire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
